Brenner and Watts was formed with a new business model in mind; a model formed to give our customers the service they deserve. After working together for years, we found that we could increase our productivity as brokers and give exceptional attention and service to our clients by working together as a team. We have integrated our skills and passions to provide seamless service and lightning-fast communication to help our buyers and sellers meet their goals. Let us prove our work ethic to you.
We specialize in real estate….not the high end, not the low end, we do it all! While we love waterfront properties and big custom construction projects, we recognize and appreciate that our clients are from all walks of life.
Bullet points of success:
-We have consistently ranked in the top three for total volume production for Greene Realty Group
-Brenner and Watts production volume for 2014/2015 was $40 million
-Greene Realty was #3 in total production in Thurston County for 2015 (with only 35 brokers, we had the #1 volume per broker)
-Brenner and Watts respresented 53 “sides” in 2015, with no dual agency
-Earned prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, awarded to only 3% of all real estate brokers nationwide
-Earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation
What Makes Us Different? No Dual Agency.
Why would you choose the Brenner and Watts model over a single real estate agent? Twice the service, twice the results. As either a buyer or a seller, when you work with Brenner and Watts you will get two experienced brokers instead of one. You will have unprecedented access to one or both of us, for truly boutique-level service.
Sellers will experience our newly expanded access to the most cutting-edge technology available to market and sell homes, as well as to our proven marketing plan. We are two of the only brokers in our area that do not perform dual agency, representing both a buyer and seller on the same property. That integrity means that you are represented fully as a seller, your representation is not watered down with dual representation for a buyer, charging you the full commission but representing you half as well.
As a buyer you want our years of negotiation skills on your side. We pride ourselves on strong buyer representation so you know that all of the bases are covered and you won’t have to worry about anything being left untended in your purchase. Again, because we will not represent a seller and a buyer on a property, you truly know that we are in your corner, and yours only. Buyer’s representation is more important than ever with today’s shifting real estate climate.
If you are buying a more complicated piece like waterfront, you should feel confident that your broker is representing only you to help with the discovery of important property information.

Born in New Orleans and raised on the coast of Georgia, I am a transplanted Southerner who has lived and traveled widely. Before my current real estate career in Olympia, I lived abroad for several years, then held a real estate license in Oklahoma. After a few years in the Army where I was trained as an Arabic linguist, I permanently relocated here with my family in 1997. I love it here in the Northwest and have made it my forever home. I like to be able to share my experience re-locating to this area with my clients and share why I chose Olympia over other cities. I have been with Greene Realty since its inception. I love working with first-time buyers to empty-nesters, and everyone in between. I also love waterfront properties and have spent many hours educating myself about current development issues as they relate to these special properties. I am involved with the local community, through the schools and as a City of Olympia planning Commissioner. I am a board member of the Griffin Neighborhood Association, and a part of the Steamboat Conservation Partnership with Capital Land Trust. I like to study languages and to travel. I am a passionate boater and am the Captain of my own little vintage Chris Craft, which I love to use to take clients out to see waterfront properties.
